What is a behavior you want to change?
I want wake up in the morning and instead of being lazy in the bed , I am going to practice exercises before going to work or doing some activities.
2. What is the tiny habit you will start with?
I am going to start every morning walking or jogging s in a long term change.
3. How will you celebrate this tiny habit victory?
I am going to dance and say, β€œ I can do it and I did it.”
4. What is your MOTIVATION?Β  Do you have the ABILITY?Β  Lastly, what is your TRIGGER? (B=M x A x T)
My motivation is to practice exercises and eat healthy in order to be in shape for my military training. My TRIGGER is The Motivation= Go walk few minutes per day and after increase my ability in walking daily, I will change my ability to jogging and in alternative days run.
