Response Requirements
Reminder, each response must be a paragraph which is seven sentences. In addition, I am reminding all students not to lose points moving forward, that the responses for participation need to follow the ABC method. Acknowledge what your classmate has said, build on the content (do not just state, I agree with how you said this, or I like how you said that), and close with a question (an open-ended question). You may send me a message in the private forum with any questions. You must have supporting in-text citations and references to support your discussions posts. Blessings with wisdom and academic growth! Cheers, Professor Ligon Blessings and prayers…

Project managers are authority work force who oversee projects, deciding the scope, financial plan, and production details. Project management strategies assist groups with tending to project difficulties, increment efficiency, and arrive at explicit objectives. A project management strategy gives the structure to better collaboration, higher creation, and more proficient tasks. The two techniques or assets project administrators can utilize are as per the following:
·        Define your goals early and keep them adaptable
Defining objectives is essential for the task arranging stage that brings through the whole project as your requirements change. The sooner you can distinguish approaching changes to the project degree or course of events, the more straightforward it is to adjust the undertaking’s objectives on schedule to augment proficiency. It is essential to early arrangement for changes in objectives. While the group is arranging the task objectives, consider setting up emergency courses of action for possible changes.
·        Communicate with clients and team members
Communication is crucial for project movement since it assists everybody with understanding the project’s requirements and the potential difficulties they can experience. Communication is likewise essential to getting client assumptions and adjusting as the task changes. Good communication incorporates clear, succinct discussion, legit input, and positive non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication can improve verbal correspondence by building up the words you’re saying with positive motions.

There are many ways to make sure that you are putting out a quality project while also meeting the key stakeholder’s timelines. First, you have to set correct expectations with your client this is going to be done at the beginning of the project or right after the contract has been signed. Hopefully, sales have done their job but you as the PM must set those timelines for the project deliverables and also ask the stakeholders if this meets their timelines.
As a project manager, you are a jack of all trades essentially you have your hand in the pot with all of the teams that are on the project. This requires balancing in its own right but managing these relationships in an empathetic and professional way is key to lowering your stress levels and also keeping everyone in the loop as well. This means answering emails in a timely matter, and doing your rounds in whatever PM software that you use, I personally use Asana at work and I am able to make sure that I am organized with my team.

Hello Professor and class,
According to my research, Quality Planning and its sub categories – Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control – are a great way to bring quality and timeliness to a project. Project Control pertains to the monitoring of project metrics, as identified during the Quality Planning phase to ensure those metrics are performing as expected or at satisfactory levels. It also includes the understanding the concept of variation and effective communication with data – indicating that data gathered during the planning phase must be accurate. During this process, graphical analysis tools assist to display the data visually so decisions can be made easily and quickly concerning the quality of the output of the process. In hand with Quality Control is Quality Assurance which ensures that there is continuous improvement and process analysis. At this point, it is up to the project manager to make sure time and effort is made to ensure accuracy and credibility of the measurement system. This can look like estimating processing time, elapsed time, and valued added time. I will attach a good graph from pmi.org to exemplify quality planning and time estimation.
