Data analysis – Group 5
Objective:
To assess oral disease status of 15-18 year old school students in Riyadh city.
Methodology:
1. Calibration and training sessions were done for all group members in order to standardize the method of examination and data collection.
2. Permission from schools were obtained:
Ajial Alhadara School
117 High school
Al-talum high school
3. Instruments and supplies were prepared: Examination kit ⁃ Periodontal probes ⁃ Plain mouth mirrors ⁃ Several pairs of tweeters ⁃ Cotton rolls ⁃ Disposable gloves and masks ⁃ WHO index recording charts ⁃ Containers
4. Pre-examination area preparedness: Infection prevention and control policies – Examination area – Examination positions – Lightening (head light)
