Chapter 2: Some of the leadership traits of Ellon Musk include;
Sociability: Everyone, from employees to customers to investors, should feel energized when they are in the presence of an effective leader. Musk is a formidable technological competitor because of his affable personality and upbeat outlook on the world’s technological future (Yauney, 2018). This is encouraging, and there is no doubt that it has played a role in his being able to endure the face of challenges faced in his commercial ventures.
Intelligence: Musk motivates people to achieve their goals by guiding them through action using a method of forming teams based on scientific research and understanding each participant’s capabilities.
Determination: One of the many reasons we appreciate Elon Musk is his determination. Throughout his career, he has encountered several obstacles, including his Tesla brand’s mechanical breakdowns and rockets’ explosions. There was a close call with SpaceX going out of business. Musk never lets anything stop him from moving ahead, and upward is one of the most amazing things about him (Early, 2017). He moves on to the next one without giving these failures a second thought, explaining them away as the outcome of unsuccessful trials.
Chapter 3: Elon musk is an authoritarian leader. His leadership skills are remarkable, but he also has the potential to be quite harmful. Watch out for him. He is known for being difficult to work with, although his intelligence is generally acknowledged and appreciated (Glauser & Holland, 2016). Despite this, he has a reputation for being difficult to deal with due to authoritarian leadership.
Chapter 4: Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, is very task-oriented, which serves him well when it comes to achieving his goals. He is known for his strict adherence to timeliness requirements and cost constraints, as well as his refusal to accept failure (Khan, 2021). He has the highest expectations not just for the members of the teams he coaches but also for his sense of worth.
