This email serves to give you an update regarding not receiving your shipment. The most recent update we received suggested that the shipment would arrive on Friday. However, as of today, we have put together a new package. Your package has been expedited, shipped, and is on its way on Friday. Please give me a call when you have the opportunity so we can discuss the situation at hand. Before we move forward, I want to confirm that there are no issues with this order, as it is crucial.
