self, values, knowledge and skills

Use Chenoweth and McAuliffe’s elements (self, values, knowledge and skills) to:
Outline and justify the strengths of core components in your practice framework;
Then, discuss the main limitations of the knowledge element of your practice framework;
Identify the implications those limitations might have on other elements of your framework and ways you could manage such consequences.
Attach a one-page appendix to represent your practice framework visually. You are welcome to be creative in depicting your frameworks, such as a metaphor or imagery. The appendix goes after your reference list and is not counted in the word limit.
