State of Profession Essay
My proposed profession is Organizational Leadership. I chose this profession because it was an option to further my career after receiving my Associates of Social Work degree. After being a Social Service Tech for two years I decided I wanted to become a Case Manager and a Bachelors Degree is needed. I chose Organizational Leadership instead of Social Worker because a degree in leadership offers a widespread and variety of career opportunities.

Online Research
Successful online research depends on appropriate use of keywords. Begin your project by listing terms that describe your topic. Moreover, consider using multiple terms in your searching. For example, simply entering books on a database will likely produce thousands of hits, many more than you will want to peruse. Use Boolean connectors such as and, or, and not to limit and guide your search.
